Accessing any page, game canvas, API endpoint, or interactive console on this domain constitutes complete acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms as new games, security modules, or regulatory standards evolve. Continued operation within the platform following posted amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified operating rules.

02 // Operator Accounts & Authentication Security

To participate in competitive arcade leaderboards, submit guestbook transmissions, or initiate encrypted peer communication in the Cipher Lounge, operators must establish a verified account credentials profile:

• Minimum Age Requirement: Operators must be at least 13 years of age, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
• Credential Confidentiality: Operators bear sole responsibility for safeguarding account passwords. We strongly mandate the activation of our built-in Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) Two-Factor Authentication system.
• Prohibition of Shared Access: Account credentials may not be shared, pooled, sold, or transferred to third parties. Any action executed under your authenticated session is deemed executed by you.
• Compromised Access Duty: If you detect unauthorized entry or cryptographic token anomalies on your account, notify platform administration immediately via admin@jimbad.com.

03 // Fair Play, Leaderboard Integrity & Anti-Cheat Protocol

JIMBAD.COM takes competitive arcade integrity with utmost seriousness. All arcade titles—including Retro City 1997, Void Invaders, Neon Snake, Cyber Pong, and Grid Breaker—are powered by deterministic physics engines calibrated to reward genuine player skill.

• Prohibited Practices: Memory inspection tools (e.g., Cheat Engine), browser script injection, automated input macros, headless botting, memory freeze injection, network packet forgery, or simulation clock manipulation are strictly prohibited.
• Fair Play Verification: Score submissions are analyzed server-side to ensure game duration, pacing, and scores reflect legitimate human gameplay.
• Enforcement Penalty: Any confirmed cheat attempt results in immediate forfeiture of all recorded high scores, permanent purge from the global rankings, and automated account blacklisting.

04 // Acceptable Conduct & Community Regulations

When publishing messages to the public Community Guestbook or interacting with fellow players:

• You agree not to post defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or threatening content.
• You agree not to upload malicious payloads, cross-site scripting (XSS) vectors, SQL injection payloads, or harmful file attachments in avatars.
• You agree not to engage in commercial solicitation, unauthorized spamming, phishing, or financial scams.
• You agree not to scrape, crawl, or aggressively automate requests against the mainframe in a manner that degrades service performance for others.

05 // Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All software code, 2D procedural rendering logic, Web Audio synthesis algorithms, custom Cyber-Deck design themes, logos, icons, and styling frameworks on JIMBAD.COM are the intellectual property of JIMBAD.COM and its contributors.

Tribute titles (such as Retro City 1997, created in homage to classic 1997 top-down urban arcade games) feature 100% original, procedurally synthesized algorithmic code, custom math-driven physics, and procedural vector art created for educational, artistic, and community enjoyment. No copyrighted binary ROMs or proprietary commercial assets from third-party publishers are utilized.

06 // Cipher Lounge & Encrypted Messaging Policies

The Cipher Lounge provides real-time peer-to-peer style encrypted communications. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Direct messaging requires mutual consent: an operator must explicitly accept a chat request before encrypted packets may be exchanged.
• Operators retain the absolute right to block or report any counterpart at any time using the in-terminal moderation controls.
• Messages sent with ephemeral timers are automatically destroyed upon expiration and cannot be recovered by either party or platform operators.
• Using encrypted channels for criminal conspiracy, extortion, cyberstalking, or terrorism is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate IP termination and law enforcement referral.

07 // Moderation, Account Suspension & Termination

Platform administrators retain full discretion to investigate reported infractions, issue administrative warnings, purge abusive messages, reset falsified scores, temporarily suspend access, or permanently terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

In cases of severe infrastructural attacks, automated brute-force attacks, or credential stuffing, the server's rate limiters and firewalls will automatically drop and blacklist offending IP subnets without prior notice.

08 // Disclaimer of Warranties

JIMBAD.COM AND ALL GAMES, ENGINES, AUDIO SYNTHESIZERS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, SECURE FROM ALL ADVERSARIAL ATTACKS, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HARDWARE ACCELERATOR OR DISPLAY REFRESH RATE.

09 // Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JIMBAD.COM, ITS FOUNDERS, OR HOSTING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO OPERATE WITHIN THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF HIGH SCORES, HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, OR TELECOMMUNICATION LATENCY.

10 // Governing Law & Contact Dispatch

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
